About the session
Three hours on your business. Not somebody else's.
Could you say what a single trip, vehicle or customer actually earned you last month - without sending someone away to build a spreadsheet? Most logistics operators cannot. It is not a technology problem; it is what happens when systems get bought faster than process gets written.
The Executive Breakfast Table is iSERD's flagship strategic working session - one sector, one table, once a quarter. This quarter, logistics. We employ our private diagnostic tool as the offer to organisations - showing where the business stands, what the gap is worth, and what to fix first.
Three hours, your own numbers on the page, and something you can put in front of your board next week.

Owners, Managing Directors, Chief Executives, Operations Directors and Finance Directors of businesses in:

The last table
Last quarter it was the legal sector
One sector, one table, once a quarter. These are photographs from the previous Executive Breakfast Table, held for Ghana's legal sector. Same room, same three hours, same diagnostic - a different set of operators round the table.

The day
Questions
Before you reserve
What does the assessment involve?
A single call of about forty-five minutes with our team, at a time you choose, any day up to Thursday 24 September. Nothing to prepare and nothing to fill in beforehand. Bring whoever knows the operation best.
Can my company be invoiced instead of paying online?
Yes. Choose Request an invoice at checkout and we will issue a proforma with your company name and TIN. Your seat is held for seven days while it is approved. Please request invoices by Friday 11 September so there is time.
Can I send a colleague instead?
Yes - seats transfer to another person in your organisation at any time before the day, at no charge. We only ask that the replacement can also make decisions about the business.
A private table, and a limited number of places.
Early-bird pricing closes Friday 18 September.
